It was an honor to share the stage and engage in insightful discussions with visionary leaders from Sorbet and Kingdom Creatives. The “Web3 for Creatives” event, held on May 23 at CODE in Riyadh, was a groundbreaking convergence that illuminated the dynamic interplay between creativity and blockchain technology. The event served as a platform for attendees to explore how Web3 and blockchain technology are impacting the rapidly growing creative economy in the MENA region.



Driven by the collective efforts of Adaverse, Kingdom Creatives, and Sorbet, the event convened a distinguished assembly of innovators, freelancers, and industry leaders to explore the boundless possibilities of Web3 within the creative sector.

Hailey Lulu Yang, Venture lead at Adaverse KSA highlighted our commitment to boosting real-life solutions in MENA, including our recent investment in Sorbet startup addressing the payment challenge affecting over 40 million self-employed workers. Rami Djebari, Co-founder of Sorbet, showcased their innovative platform, highlighting the inspiration behind Sorbet and its unique use of USDT to facilitate seamless transactions. Brandie Janow founder of Kingdom Creatives emphasized the importance of community and collaboration in the Web3 ecosystem.



The event underscored a clear and positive pathway for innovation and creative building in KSA, which aligns perfectly with Vision 2030. The discussions highlighted the immense opportunities for innovation and growth within the creative industries in KSA and the broader MENA region.
